Jaimie is an Executive at Kensani Eaglestone Capital Advisory which he joined in 2012. Prior to joining Kensani Eaglestone Capital Advisory, Jaimie spent three and a half years with KPMG in the Corporate Finance division based in Johannesburg. During this time Jaimie was involved in valuations for clients across various sectors, functioned as the Johannesburg Stock Exchange (“JSE”) sponsor for five JSE listed entities and was involved in capital market transactions which included an initial public offering on the Botswana Stock exchange and a restructuring and unbundling of the Namibian operations of a JSE listed entity onto the Namibian Stock Exchange.
