Prior to joining Eaglestone in April 2012, Karen worked as an Assistant Company Secretary for Semperian PPP Investment and has gained extensive experience in the infrastructure sector through her work with various projects owned by the business.

Prior to that Karen worked for Acco Brand Corporation, an American company in the office stationery field for many years, specialising in company law, intellectual property and contract law.

Before Karen moved into the company secretarial field and began studying for her Chartered Secretary professional qualifications Karen was a PA working in such diverse industries as retail and engineering.
