African Investment Funds

Eaglestone Asset Management is developing and launching three private equity funds targeting investments in the following sectors in Sub-Saharan Africa: real estate, infrastructure and general industry & services.

Each of the funds will be a Luxembourg SCA partnership, subject to the SICAV-SIF regulatory regime and managed by a separate general partner. The funds have the following target capital :

• General Industry/Consumer Services - $100 million
• Real Estate - $200 million
• Infrastructure - $350 million

Eaglestone plans to add natural resources and agribusiness funds to this portfolio of funds in the future.

Eaglestone’s team comprises a set of professionals who combine an extensive background in M&A, private equity and financial structuring with strong knowledge and experience of doing business in Africa. Most of Eaglestone’s team members have worked together for over a decade, several of them living and working in Africa since 2005.
