Eaglestone and Infraventus Capital Partners, Lda. are currently developing and raising investment for a renewable energy fund . The Fund will be a Luxembourg SCA partnership, subject to the SICAV-SIF regulatory regime, with a worldwide investment remit. It has a target capital of €150 million.


Who is Infraventus?

Infraventus is a privately owned group whose team specialises in developing and operating renewable energy projects. The team led one of the first independent European portfolios of renewable energy assets - the largest in Portugal and one of the largest in France - comprising the delivery of more than 1,100 MW of renewable energy projects as an owner and more than 500 MW of additional projects for third parties as a commercial and technical consultant.

Since 2008, upon the disposal of this portfolio, the team has been dedicated to developing renewable energy projects through creating co-investment groups with individual investors.
