Luís Horta e Costa has over 30 years of experience, 20 of which has been dedicated to manage and develop the activities of Escom, a company formed in 1993 in partnership with Espírito Santo Group for carrying investments in Sub-Saharan Africa.

Through his activity at Escom, where he has been a Board Member since 2001, he has been responsible for several projects in Sub-Saharan Africa in sectors such as real estate, mining, construction & public works, aviation and fishing. Before joining Escom he was a Director at Espírito Santo Agriculture and Development, Ltd responsible for projects in Brazil.
